Good location, friendly staff, nice room-service,spa/
It was stinky in my room because of poor plumbing sistem.there was only one terry robe for two. We have paid for deluxe but lived in attic. There was only one chair for two persons.Poor breakfast. It is not five stars hotel I'm sure.

the room had private facilities and impressive advantages, such as elegant decor and cozy furnishings. the location was perfect, surrounded by nature and offering stunning views. the service was impeccable and the swimming pool was a relaxing oasis. the breakfast was varied and delicious, catering to all tastes.

The hotel's location is convenient for anyone interested in skiing, as there are several gondolas up the mountain situated nearby. This saves a lot of walking time from the far C building. the room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, with many facilities available. Breakfast is tasty and varied, sure to satisfy many. There is an excellent swimming pool and spa area that's worth a visit.
The hotel's restaurant lacks ambiance and soul.

We recently went on a romantic escape to a hotel in the mountains. the facilities were great, and the hotel was clean and well, maintained. the two big pluses were the location, which was perfect for a getaway, and the large, well, equipped rooms. the breakfast buffet was top, notch, with a wide variety of food.
There were a couple of downsides to the stay. the hotel was underutilized, making it feel a little unpeopled and quiet.

The hotel facilities are impressive with a variety of pools, fitness center and a kids club. The room was clean and well-maintained. The transportation to the skiing area was efficient with the elektrichka service and ski storage was free. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice location near local attractions and good breakfast. During my city break, I enjoyed staying at a hotel located near the main attractions and close to the ski lifts. The breakfast buffet was very good and offered a wide range of options. The gym, pool, and sauna were also enjoyable.
Poor communication with staff and unhelpful service. The staff seemed unprepared to handle guests' requests and the language barrier made communication difficult.
